About the Role:
Fully assist the CEO in managing multinational projects, enhancing internal operational efficiency, and supporting external business development and post-investment management.
Company Description:
Our Company operates in the vanadium titanomagnetite mining market, where we mine and sell ores a variety of local and international clients, which is further processed and extracted through rotary kiln and electric furnace processes. The mine has the highest vanadium grade in its raw ore, is a world-class mega-mine.
Job Description:
1. Project Coordination: Oversee full cycle project coordination, track progress, and provide comprehensive business/project support with a strong attention to detail.
2. Decision Support: Assist in daily operations and management decisions, provide insights and suggestions and facilitate the resolution of organisational issues to improve efficiency and support strategic implementation.
3. External Relations: Serve as a liaison for cross cultural communications; proficient in high-level business negotiations and diplomatic events; responsible for organising major international meetings, receptions, and maintaining public relations.
4. Strategic Input: Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes related to mining operations; Provide insights and recommendations based on operational data and stakeholder feedback.
5. Equipment & Operations Oversight: Manage the maintenance and optimisation of mining equipment through preventive programs and upgrades, provide technical support and corrective actions to ensure efficiency, and oversee daily operations with site teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and maintain safety and compliance.
6. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all mechanical engineering activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Conduct safety audits and risk assessments related to mechanical systems.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier university, or a top 200 QS-ranked overseas institution;
2. A master's degree or higher, or those who have studied abroad preferred;
3. Have minimum of 5 years project management experience;
Required:
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
1. Knowledge in the Mining industry preferred;
2. Strong organisational and coordination skills;
3. High-level verbal and written communication abilities, excellent cost awareness and business acumen;
4. Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken/written/translation/interpretation);
5. Knowledge of economic and administrative management and public affairs and adaptable under pressure.
